DECISION OF CONFERENCE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright • Madrid, April 6. The International Waterways Conference, summoned by the League of Nations, which is, meeting at Barcelona, after a lengthy discussion approved the principle of the use of rivers of international concern and river ports by all ships on the same basis as those under the national flag.
