The Temps says it is evident the Greeks were driven back, aad they can only resume the offensive if they call up fresh classes, and it is doubtful whether reservists will respond in order to replace the seven or eight thousand re-< ported killed in the recent fighting.— Aus. and N.Z. GREEK SITUATION CRITICISED London, April 6. The Constantinople correspondent of the Times states that the Greeks underestimated the strength of the Turks and attacked Eskishehr with an insufficient force. Their losses were very heavy and the situation is critical The Greek army is retreating alcfngi the whole line and attempting to hold the Keste] positions pending the arrival of reinforcements, which are hurrying to the front.
