The final chßck sho\Vs that three passengers and tjeven members of the crew are missing, presumably drowned, from the Governor. The second engineer died keeping the engines running.—Au * and' N.Z. Cable Assn. New York, April 1. Seven passengers and three of the crey of the Governor are miesing. The remainder are on board the West Hartland, which 5a proceeding to Seattle. The West Hartland is not taking in any water. She disembarked the Governor's people at Seattle this mamin#. She reports that she was entering Port Townsend at 12.4 when the Governor, which was leaving Port Townsend, rammed the West Hartland, staving in the West Hartland’s bows. Tho Governor’s boilers soon iblew up, and she sank at 1.15. Several of the crew were injured. Another message states that 19 are missing from the Governor. j
