A VISIT TO NELSON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. The Governor-General and Lady Jellicoe arrived from Blenheim overland yesterday afternoon. In the eveninj their Excellencies visited the Cawthrot Institute, afterwards proceeding to th® v School of Music, where there was a large attendance of the public, and the Bishop of Nelson presided. Lord Jelli•'oe officially declared the Institute open, referring to the late Mr. Cawthron as a true patriot. He was very much impressed with what he had seen at the institute, which he said would benefit the whole Dominion to an immense extent. There will be a civic reception tomorrow, and the party leave for the West Coast overland on Tuesday morning. i
