FOOTBALL.
STRATFORD NOTES. The prospects for the football season in Stratford look particularly brightj and interest in the game is reviving. Mr. R. Masters, M.P., has again donated two medals for competition among the teams, which should further help to add keenness to the sport. A practice match will be played in Victoria Park to-flay.
