MR. LLOYD GEORGE’S RECENT ATTACK. Hi Telegraph.— Assn.—Copyright Received March 28. 7JO p.m. London, March 27. The Independent Labor Party’s conference has opened at Southport. After a lively discussion the report of the administrative council was adopted, stating khat neither the policy nor the prin'ciples of the Moscow congress were in Accordance with the party’s attitude. Mr. Neil McLean, addressing a demonstration, said Mr. Lloyd George’s peculiarity was finding new enemies. First 'he attacked sickness and unemployment; then the dukes and landlords; next drink, which in war time was a greater enemy than even the Germans; now he attacked the Independent Labor Party. ►-Aus. and N.Z.
