DROWNED AT REGATTA.
A YOUNG MAN’S DEATH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Invercargill, Last Nigh't. At an inquest on Lachlin Russell Fraser, aged 22, who was drowned as a result of the swamping of a boat at the Queenstown regatta, a verdict of accidental death was returned. The coroner commended the efforts at rescue by Messrs. Roach and McDonald.
