Mrs. John Clark and Family wish to sincerely thank Dr. Walker, and the Matron and Nursing Staff of the Hospital for their kind attention and care shown to their late husband and father during his late illness, and especially Dr. Blackley for his unremitting care and kindness extending over the last two years. Also all kind friends for all messages and telegrams of sympathy, and all those who sent wreaths and for all kindness shown in their sad bereavement, especially Mrs. Geo. Mitchell.
