WELLINGTON FIRE.

HEAVY LOSS TO WAREHOUSE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. A fire occurred this evening in the warehouse of Messrs. A. Levy, Ltd., the well-known clothing contractors and manufacturers, in the Colonial Mutual Buildings, Customs House Quay. The outbreak was confined to one bulk stock room and some thousand pounds worth of material was damaged by fire and water. The insurance policies are held in the Norwich Union office for amounts which were not ascertainable to-night. The cause of the fire is unknown.
