READY TO GO ANYWHERE By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received March 22, 5.5 p.m. London, March 21. The . French Government has discontinued to support Wrangel’s army at Constantinople and it is offering to return to Russia, to emigrate to South America or to employ its service in the French Foreign Legion. Wrangel is appealing to America to save the 'last anti-Bolshevik army from dissolution.
