FUTURE OF TRIESTE.
MAY BE MADE FREE PORT. London, Feb. 25. The correspondent of the Times at Milan states that Trieste is to be proclaimed a free port. The official announcement will be made when the King off Italy visits the city for the solemn ceremony of annexation. The proclamation will be of great interest to traders in every country. Tt is due to the creation of the independent state of Flume making it impossible for Trieste to carry on as at present.
