Bj r Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate to strong north-westerly to south-westerly winds, squally at times in and southward of Cook Strait. Weather changeable, with scattered rainfall, particularly on the West Coast and southern districts. The barometer is unsteady with a rising tendency everywhere.
