RELIC OF MAYFLOWER.

BEAM FOUND IN BARN. London, Feb. 16. A simple ceremony took place on Saturday at Jordan, Buckinghamshire, where William Penn is buried, the British Society of Quakers handing over to representatives of the American Society a beam discovered in a local barn, a portion of the original timbers of the Mayflower. This is being transferred to the United States to form a portion of a Quaker arch which is being erected there.
