LIQUOR AT FUNCTIONS.
IMPORTANT COURT JUDGMENT. By Telegra oh.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. Mr. Justice Cooper dismissed with costs an appeal from Hamilton, the effect being to hold it illegal for a restaurant proprietor to hire his restaurant to anybody for a social gathering at which liquor is consumed at a time when licensed premises, are required by law to be closed.
