By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for the development of a storm from the west. Expect northerly winds, increasing strong to gale shortly in and south of Cook Strait. Weather warm and humid, increasing cloudiness and rain following shortly on the West Coast and southern districts. The barometer will be falling soon in the south.
