The following team has been picked to represent New Zealand in the firet test match against the Australians at Wellington pn the 26th inst.: —Smith, Rountree, Sneddon (Auckland), Hiddlestone, Bruce, Middleton (Wellington), Dacre (Wairarapa), Blunt, Sandman (Canterbury), Shepherd (Otago), McBeth (Southland).
