ON Ist SEPT., 1921. with the right to pay on application the full amount subscribed for and to receive interest thereon as from the date of such payment. The Debentures all rank pari passu and will be secured by a mortgage and first charge to trustees over all the Company’s assets, present and future. The Company’s financial position is thoroughly sound and the investment offered should appeal to those desiring good security combined with a reasonably high rate of interest. Investors are reminded that they will not be liable to pay Income Tax on the interest on these Debentures as same will be paid by the Company in the form of a Debenture Tax.. The Debentures are a negotiable security and can, Until registered, be transferred from time to time without incurring legal expenses or stamp duty.
