BOXING.

MATCH AT NAPIER. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. A boxing contest between Harry Holmes (9st 61b) and Mick Rutherford (9st 121 b) for a purse of £250, went the full length of fifteen rounds and was won by Holmes after an excellent scientific display. Both men were in fine condition and finished comparatively fresh. Rutherford fought willingly, but was not equal to Holmes in tactics.
