AT HAWERA SHOW. The results of the weight-guessing competitions at the A. and P. The total weight ofthe three sheep was 2771 b, and the individual weights were 1061 b, 90%1b, and 80%lb. Plg..First prize, £2; second, £l. C. Kneebone (Hawera), 5321 b, 1; F. N. Bell (Kakaramea), 530%1b, 2. The correct weight was 5311/jlb. The highest guess for the cow was 24641 b, and the lowest 3371 b. Tie highest guesser for the pig apparently regarded 9 as a lucky number and gave the weight as 99991 b.
