•WAITAKI SCHOOL.BOY’S DEATH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Oamaru, Last Night. A distressing fatality occurred just after five o’clock this evening, in which a Waitaki High School boy named Herbert Eric Richardson, son of Mr. Richardson, residing at Tineroti, Gisborne, lost “his life. A number of boarders of the Waitaki School were returning by a motor ’bus to the school, after a visit to town, when, it is stated, Richardson mpted to board the ’bus, which wo- travel’in" at ten miles an hour.
