DISARMAMENT PROBLEM. "JAPANESE DESIRE IT.’ APPEAL BY BUSINESS MEN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright Received March 7, 9.50 p.m. Tokio, March 6. A meeting of business men decided to cable President Harding and Senator Borah urging them co use their influence to secure disarmament. It was also decided to request the Diet to apply part of the military appropriations to the purposes of education and social improvement.
