THE RARAWA. The Rarawa arrived from Onehunga yesterday morning with passengers and 150 tons of general cargo. She sailed on the return trip at 8.20 pzin. JOAN CRAIG SAILS. The steamer Joan Craig, which has been in port for several days discharging a cargo of coal from Newcastle, sailed last night for Australian ports. PORT PIRIE LEFT LONDON. The C. and D. Line have received cable advice that the Port Pirie 18ft London on March’ 1 cargo-laden for Auckland, Wellington and New Plymouth via Panama. The vessel is due at Auckland about April 15, at Wellington about April 25, and at New Plymouth later. THE CANADIAN HIGHLANDER. The Canadian Highlander, en route from Vancouver, left Melbourne on Tuesday for Wellington, where she Is due on the 13th inst. The vessel will discharge and will load at Wellington, and then proceed to Auckland for the same purpose on her way back to Vancouver. MAHANA LEFT BALBOA Cable advise has been received by the Shaw, Savill and Albion Company that the liner Ma’hana left Balboa on March 1 for New Zealand ports, en route from the United Kingdom. The vessel is due at Auckland about March 25, and at Wellington about a week later. MOERAKI LEFT SYDNEY. ’ The Moeraki left Sydney at 11 o’clock on Thursday morning for Wellington. The vessel is due there on Monday. MOANA LEFT SYDNEY. The Union Company have received cable advice that the Moana left Sydney at 4 p.m. on Wednesday direct for Wellington with 232 passengers on board. The vessel is due at Wellington to-morrow. PASSENGERS FROM LIVERPOOI The Federal Line have been advised by cable tfcat the liner. Shropshire left Liverpool last Friday for Wellington via Panama with a large number of passengers to put out at that po[t. The vessel is due at Wellington about April 5, and from that port she will go to Australia to unload her cargo, none of which is for New Zealand. | COAL FROM AMERICA The New Zealand Shipping Company have received cable advice that the steamer Errol left Newport News on February 24 with a cargo of coal for the New Zealand Government, to be discharged at Port Chalmers. The vessel is due at the Otago port about April 1. Another cable message to the above-men-tioned company reports that the steamier Trewinnard left Norfolk (Virginia) on February 23 for Auckland or Lyttelton, with a cargo of coal for the New Zealand Government. The vessel is due in the Dominion about March 30. PORT SYDNEY LEFT* NEW YORK. Cable advice has been received by the C. and D. Line that the Port Sydney left New York on March 1 cargo-laden for Wellington Dunedin, and Australia. The vessel is due fat Auckland about March 25, and at Wellington about April 3. HAMBURG-AUSTRALIA SERVICE. A cable from London states that Holts are organising a service from Hamburg to Australia via the Cape, calling at Glasgow. The first sailing will be in March.
