WAIRARAPA MEETING. SIPBR WINS THE AGGREGATE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Carterton, Last Night. The concluding day of the Waiararapa meeting took place at Papawai in dull but good weather conditions, excellent for shooting till well on in the afternoon.
