MARY PICKFORD’S DIVORCE.
THE NEVADA DIVORCE LAW. Vancouver, Feb. 4. A message from Carson City. Nevada, reports that the State Legislature discussed an enactment eliminating the socalled “short-term divorce.” Mary Pickford got her divorce after less than a week’s residence and a few minutes in Court. Hereafter a bona-fide residence of six months will be necessary, and Reno’s famous colony of divorcees may pass into history. The Pickford divorce case is still pending, on the AttorneyGsneral’s charge and fraud.
