TWO THIEVES CAPTURED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright. Received Feb. 25, 10.45 p.m. Melbourne, Feb. 25. Just before closing time, two armed masked men entered a Fitzroy branch bank, and with a revolver held up the accountant the clerk and Jtwo lady clerks. At the revolver point they secured several bundles of notes from the tills and decamped. The police chased them, and after a fierce struggle captured two American seamen-—Bernhardt and Frasier. They recovered stolen notes to the value of £46o.—Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.
