Port Hacking, early in April. THE RARAWA. The Rarawa is due to arrive from Onehunga at 5.30 o’clock to-morrow morning with passengers and cargo. She will sail on the return trip at 8.20 p.m. | POHERUA ARRIVES. The Polferua arrived from Greymoutbi yesterday morning with a cargo of coal. Work was commenced on the vessel immediately, and it is probable teat she will get away for Greymouth to-day. CORINNA FROM SOUTH. The Corinna left Tlmaru at 5 p.m. yesterday for New Plymouth via Lyttelton and Nelson. The date of her arrival here Is not yet certain. LA MERCED TO SAIL. The agents advise that it is expected to complete discharging the La Merced's cargo to-day, and she should get away for Sydney to-morrow. KAITUNA FROM W.HANGAREI. The Kaituna, from Whangarei with a cargo of cement for New Plymouth and Greymouth, arrived, and anchored in the stream at 9 p.m. last night. After putting out 800 tons of her cargo here she proceeds to Greymouth to discharge the balance. She will berth at the wharf this morning. CANADIAN HIGHLANDERS CARGO. The Canadian Government steamer Canadian Highlander, due at Wellington on March 12 from Vancouver, via Australia, will discharge at Wellington 263,000 feet of timber and 200 tons of general cargo. PASSENGERS FROM LIVERPOOL. The Federal Line advise that the steamer Shropshire is to leave Liverpool within a few days for Wellington direct, via Panama Canal route. The vessel will disembark passengers at Wellington, where she is due about April 7, and will subsequently proceed on to Australia to discharge her cargo. PORT SYDNEY LEFT NEW YORK. Cable advise has been received by the C. and D. Line that the Port Sydney left New York on February 21 cargo-laden for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Australian ports. The vessel is due at Auckland about March 25, and at Wellington about April 2. SUSSEX STILL AT PANAMA. The Sussex remains at tl:e Panama Canal .undergoing repairs due to her grounding at Colon. The New Zealand Shipping Company has Received no definite advice as to the time she will leave for Auckland. The Sussex is bringing a cargo from St. John for New Zealand and Australian ports. TARAWERA HELD UP. The Tarawera reached Dunedin about 11 a.m. on Sunday and berthed at the Rattray Street wharf. Owing to the waterside trouble a start has not yet been made to discharge tee vessel’s local cargo, which amounts to about 1200 tons, and includes transhipments ex the steamers St. Albans, Colbano, Tango‘Maru, Hwah Ping, Niko Maru, Mitsuki Maru, Morea, Mesna, Virgilia, Port Augusta, Port Lyttelton, Ceramic, JCogo Maru, and Tlayuan. When circumstances will permit the Tarawera is to go to Wellington and proceed from there to Sydney.
