THE SCALE OF CHARGES. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Napier, Last Night. The annual general meeting of members of the New Zealand Institute of Arrhitecrs was held to-day, Mr. J. L. Salmond (president) being in the chair. With reference to the scale of charges it was resolved: (-1) That in future the 1J per cent, hitherto charged alternatively to the builder or the employer (as may be arranged) be now charged direct (and only) to the employer; (2) that the scale of charges be referred to
