DECLARED IN GEORGIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright. Received Feb. 23, 5.5 p.m. Constantinople, Feb. 22. The Bolshevik attack on Georgia is most serious. In addition to three divisions the eleventh Bolshevik army, the Armenian army, and a body of Azerbaijan Tartars are available. The Government has ordered a mass levy.
