Entries for the Taranaki A. and P. Show to be held at New Plymouth on March 9th and 10th wil| close with the Secretary, P.O. Box 18, New Plymouth, on Saturday nqxt 26th February at 9 p.m. Entries so far have come to hand exceedingly well and it is hoped that next Saturday will not be overlooked by owners and The society has been particularly fortunate in their choice of Judges for all classes, some of the most competent judges in the Dominion having signified their willingness to come. Exhibitors need have no fear regarding the safety and comfort of their stock. The society is fortunate in possessing all the facilities necessary to make the matter of showing a real pleasure. All stock will be met at the trains on arrival at the Smart Road station, and will be accommodated in convenient paddocks over night. Cars will be provided to convey exhibitors to the grounds early each morning, and breakfast will be obtainable at the luncheon room on the grounds from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Green feed in plenty will be provided for stock, and owners who require hard feed also should notify the secretary at the time of making entries and arrangements will be made for having this on the ground also. The society has a reputation for treating exhibitors well, a reputation of which it is very proud, and one which it will again strive to* maintain. Those who have not obtained schedules should not fail to write for one immediately. Remember entries close on Saturday next.
