. THE DUKE AT BOMBAY. COMPLETE HARTAL OBSERVED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, Feb. 21. The Dtike of Connaught is visiting Bombay. As the result of non-co-opera-tion propaganda almost a complete hartal is 'being observed in the city. The shops are Closed, and few vehicles are plying in the ’.streets. Nevertheless great crowds along the decorated route to Government House heartily cheered the Duke's progress.—Reuter.
