A Wanganui resident has notified the Borough Council that he intends to bring an action for 5s alleged dafnages suffered by him through the stoppage of the tram service on Sunday afternoon. The resident and his wife were passengers by a car from Castlecliff on Sunday afternoon and. expenses amounting to 5s were incurred through the stoppage of the service. The council decided not to accept any responsibility
