REACTIONARIES GAIN GROUND. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Feb. 21. The earliest results of the Prussian Diet elections show that the reactionary parties, comprising the old military and industrial elements, are gaining everywhere, and in Berlin especially, where the Independent Socialists and Democrats are losing heavily.—Aus. Although the returns are Incomplete, out of 380 seats the Majority Socialists hold 100 seats, the Clericals 80, the Democrats 20, the Nationalists 80, the National Liberals 60, the Communists 30, the Independent Socialists 10.
