SECRETARY CHARGED WITH THEFT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Oamaru, Last Night. T. L. Ralfe, formerly secretary of the North Otago Soldiers’ Aid Association, pleaded guilty before justices to the theft and the conversion for his own use of sums aggregating £663. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was not applied for. Of the total alleged defaulcation, £197 has been refunded*
