The O’Callaghan case has been again brought actively under the notice of the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Labor. His attorneys are memoralising Mr. Colby (Secretary of State) and Mr. Wilson (Secretary of Labor), claiming his right of sanctuary and asylum in the United States. Senator King, meanwhile, states that protests will be sent to President Wilson against the continued presence of O’Callaghan in the United States.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
