ERECTING WORKS IN CHILE. By Telegraph Press Assn.—Copyright, Received Feb. 17, 12.15 a.m. New York, Feb. 16. The Chicago Tribune’s Santiago correspondent states, it is reported fn official circles that the Chilean Government is considering making a grant of a large strip of land in Southern Chile, on which Krupps are to erect a munit:ons plant. The plan is attractive from the Government’s point of view, since it will give work to a large number of unemployed.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
