The King has accepted the resignations of Lord Milner (Secretary for the Colonies) and Mr. Walter Long (First Lord of the Admiralty). The King has approved the following appointments: Mr. Winston Churchill, now Secretary for War, to be Secretary for the Colonies. Sir L. Worthington Evans, now Minister lor Pensions, to be Secretary for War. Lord Lee, now President of the Board of Agriculture, to be First Lord of the Admiralty. Sir A.
