YOUNG GIRL DROWNED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. Agnes Elliott Hendry, 19 years of age, was accidentally drowned while bathing at Tomahawk beach yesterday afternoon. A heavy sea was running and the girl was carried into the breakers. She was seen to be floating in the water, and was got ashore with some difficulty. First aid measures were adopted, but with no success.
