ACCEPTANCES for the First Day’s events, including the Trial Plate, will close with the Secretary at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on MONDAY, the 14th March, 1921, at 9 p.m., and for the Second Day’s Events at the same place at 9 o’clock on the evening of tbe First Day. PENALTIES. The winner of any race after the Declaration of Weights may be Re-handicapped by the Handicapper.
