ONE BIG UNION. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright, Received Feb. 9, 9.40 p.m. Sydney, Feb. 9. The Australian Workers’ Union conference passed a resolution favoring an extension of the franchise to all persons eighteen of age, the abolition of i the Legislative Council, and the establishment of a State bank for the purpose of financing Government undertakings. The conference altered its constitution providing for the formation of one big union.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable
