ACTION OF EXTREMISTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright t)elhi, Feb. 5. The extremists are arranging a com* plete hartal at Delhi when the Duke of Connaught is inaugurating the Council of State. It is intended to make Delhi a city of mourhing. The people will remain indoors, close their houses and suspend traffic. RIOT AT A MILL. Delhi. Feb. 6. A serious riot occurred in the Naihiti mill district over a trivial incident, the upsetting of a tray of sweetmeats. Jute workers attacked the guard of Ghurkas with knives. Two Ghurkas are dead, and many were wounded.
