BODY FOUND ON BEACH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. The body of a woman between 25 and 30 years of age was found on\ the New Brighton beach this afternoon. It had only been in the water for a few hours. DEAD BABY FOUND. • Christchurch, Last Night. An inquiry was held to-day on the body of a newly-born male child found beside a gorse bush in Addington on Saturday The medical evidence showed that it was not a full time child, and had probably made an ineffectual attempt to live. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
