OPENING NEXT WEEK. The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth open on Tuesday morning, the presiding Judge being His Honor Mr. Justice Hocking. The calendar is a light one. Three criminal charges are set down for hearing, and in one of these cases it is understood- gome finger-print evidence will figure. Another of the prosecutions involves six charges of fraudulent conversion of moneys. One divorce petition is to be heard.
