Cable Assn AMERICA’S FOREIGN TRADE. Received Feb. 5, 12.5 a.m. Washington, Feb. 3. The Whr Finance Corporation, which Congress recently revived, has granted the first loan for the purpose of aiding American foreign trade —namely, ten million dollars for a period of one year to finance the exportation of condensed milk and other products to England and Europe.—-Aus. and N.Z.
