DEMPSEY’S ARRANGEMENTS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright New York, Feb. 2. Dempsey announces that the bout with Willard scheduled for March 17 has been indefinitely postponed. He added that it is understood that Rickard would promote the Carpentier-Dempsey bout alone. The fighters are not receiving fixed sums, but a precentage of the receipts.
