FIRST DAY'S RESULTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. The Gisborne Racing Club’s summer meeting opened to-day in dull weather, and rain fell at intervals up till the fourth race. There was a good attendance and the course was in first-class condition, ti e going being good. The totalisator put through £20,999, compared with £23,415 on the corresponding day last year, a, decrease of £2416. Results : HANDICAP HURDLES.—Crosswords (A.
