WANTED MAN SURRENDERS. By Telegraph.— Press Association. Christchurch, Jan. 28. Richard Hittehins, whom the police have been seeking for some days in connection with the attack on Raymond Rapley—who is now in a serious condition in the hospital suffering from a wound inflicted by a razor—gave himself up at the police station this morning, and later appeared in the Magistrate’s 1 Court charged with attempting grievous bodily harm to Rapley by 'wounding Him at Addington on January 24. At the request of the police the case was adjourned till February 4.
