In these days when the priefe of petrol is higher and its efficiency is often of a lower standard than of yore, the problem confronting the motorist is to find a car which will combine all the attributes of service with economy of operation. Official reliability trials conducted under rigid conditions have demonstrated clearly that Overland Four is the true economy car, having a petrol consumption so low as to be almost remarkable. In the recent Auckland trials Overland Four secured first place with a record of 33 miles covered on one gallon of spirit. An even more astonishing performance was put up at the Queensland Auto Club’s contests, where Overland Fours finished in first, second and third places, the winning car covering 41 2-3 miles on a gallon of petrol. Overland Four also broke the Carnarvon to Perth record, covering 775 miles on a petrol consumption giving 29 miles per gallon. Ask us for further details of Overland Four. —A.
