His policy is that the Allies shall accept her word and assume control of faei taxing and spending departments. Hi proposes to take steps to give the >Qer« man mark a positive value; also to in> crease railway and other public service charges, Control the Germain Budgetand tax the German taxpayer at least equal to the Frencl, collect taxes in the form of an indemnity, and collect eight milliard marks yearly in coal, also tWa milliards in chemicals, timber and Cue* toms duties.—United Service.
