Kaiapoi, from Melbourne, next month. THE RARAWA. Tie Rarawa is expected to arrive from Onehunga to-morrow morning with passengers and cargo. She will sail on the return trip at 8.20 p.m. WANGARATTA LOADING. The loading of the liner Wangaratta is proceeding satisfactorily, and it is hoped to get her away for Wanganui and Wellington at the end of the week, when the West Mahwah, which is still waiting at Wellington, will be able to berth tere. A UNION COMPANY PURCHASE. A telegram from Dunedin states that another steamer, the ninth within a few months, has been purchased by the Union Company. This is an ex-German vessel, the Antwerfen, of 3086 tons gross, rechristened the Wingatui. She left Britain early this month for Melbourne and Sydney, via the Cape. U.S. AND A. STEAMERS. The Donald Mackay left New York on December 30 for New Zealand and Australia. She will be followed by the Canastota, Iceland and Liberty. THE VANCOUVER SERVICE. (The Union Company advise that the R.M.S. Makura is provisionally .announced to sail from Auckland on the 25th inst. for Vancouver via ports. Tl?e Niagara, is timed to follow her, leaving Auckland on February 22. Both vessels are held up at Sydney by the stewards’ strike. CROSBY HALL LUFT HOME. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company have received agble advice that the steamer Crosoy Hall leh West of Ent'and on the '.ath inst., cargo-laden for Auckland, Wellington, 1 yttelton, and Port Chalmers. The vessel is due at Auckland about March 10, and at Wellington seven days’ later. RUA HINE ARRIVES. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Buahine, frdm London and Southampton arrived at Wellington at 8.30 a.m. yesterday. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. ARRIVED.
