SEEKING MORE EFFICIENCY. (BOTH SIDES DISCUSS SCHEME. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The proposed co-operative stevedoring scheme drawn up some weeks ago at a conference between employe™ o X r w^’ er *, side labor and the Waterside, Workers Federation, with the object of increasing efficiency on the wharves at different ports, was discussed to-day at a meeting of a. committee representing both SI No details of the day’s business were disclosed. It was announced that the meeting had been adjourned sine die, while further information is reserved.
